●Let's be honest for a minute

If you're good at what you do, why does it feel like nobody can see you?

You did everything you were told.

Maybe you speak English well. Maybe you have real skills. You've watched people online work for US companies from a laptop, and you know you could do that work.

But for many people, the last few months look like this:

Applications that go nowhere

Many people apply, rewrite the CV and apply again. No reply. Not even a "no." One public post can collect a huge pile of applications in a day or two. Software often reads you first, and some posts are open to US residents only.

The local ceiling

Many people work hard and still see their pay stop at the same number. They can guess what they'll earn in five years by looking at what their boss earns now. It's not about effort. In many places the ceiling is just low.

Job boards and platforms feel like a lottery

Everyone sees the same post at the same time. On freelance platforms, the lowest price often wins and the platform takes a fee. Either way, you start again from zero.

The fear about your English

Many people rewrite a three-line message five times. It's easy to worry that one wrong word will ruin it, or that you'll freeze in the interview. So sometimes the message never gets sent.

The "easy money" trap

Dropshipping. Crypto. A course that promised "passive income." You paid to learn what doesn't work. (Our founder lost money on dropshipping, Amazon and crypto too. You'll meet him in a minute.)

And every few weeks someone at home asks, "Any news?" You say "soon." You don't really believe it.

You're not the problem. The door is.

Maybe you've been using the front door. Everyone uses the front door. That's exactly why it's so crowded.

Before we show you the other door, let's talk about where it leads.

What you're really working toward

You don't just want a remote job. You want the life around it.

Mountains on a weekday. Slow mornings. A quiet kitchen at night. A dinner where you pay.

Weekends with your phone off. More choice about how you spend. More time for the people you love.

What you're really working toward is a feeling. Calm. Choice. Respect.

It's not a silly dream. It's a plan you haven't started yet. And the part nobody posts about is what it takes to get there. It usually starts with something small and boring. One clear message, sent to the right person.

A person in a cap and headphones reading a magazine in a sunny café, an iced coffee on the table
Mornings that start when you decide.
Two people on horseback, seen from behind, riding up a green mountain valley under low clouds
Weekends in the mountains. Phone off.
View from the back seat of an open-top car on a palm-lined road toward green mountains
Say yes to the trip.
A woman at a sunny window with a laptop and a glass of tea, snowy mountains above the city outside
A call with New York. Tea still warm.
A man working on a laptop at a kitchen island at night, city lights in the window behind him
Quiet work. Your hours.
Hands typing on a laptop beside an airplane window at sunset, clouds below
Your office has a window seat.
A family dinner at a restaurant: a young woman hands her card to the waiter while an older couple smiles
One day, you pay for your parents' dinner.
A man drinking from a water bottle, sitting on a treadmill by an open garage door on a sunny morning
7 a.m. belongs to you again.
A woman in a cream sweater sitting on a wooden dock by a misty turquoise mountain lake, a closed laptop beside her
Laptop closed. Nowhere to be.

"I've wanted for a long time to become financially independent and stop relying on my parents…"

Individual results vary and are not typical. Results depend on your skills, effort and market.

First you change. Then the view changes.

The money matters. But listen to the members on this page, and many talk about something else too: confidence. How they feel. How they walk into an interview.

i.

From "please hire me"

to "here's how I'd help your business."

ii.

From waiting to be noticed

to starting the conversation yourself.

iii.

From "is my English good enough?"

to letting a clear, 4-line message speak for you.

iv.

From taking whatever pay they offer

to talking about pay calmly, in dollars.

v.

From looking at the floor

when someone asks "So, what do you do?" to answering in one clear sentence.

vi.

From wishing you could do more for your family

to working toward being able to.

From "maybe next year" to messages already sent.

This is what many people are working toward: to be paid for what you know, wherever you live. Working remotely for a company in Texas while living in Almaty, Bishkek, Tashkent, Pune or Cebu. Or anywhere you choose.

We can't promise you that life. Nobody honest can. It depends on your skills, your effort and your market.

What we can give you is the first step, written down word for word, for $7.

The shift

There are two doors. Almost everyone waits at the first one.

The front door

Job boards, "Easy Apply", a CV in a pile

  • You're one of many applicants
  • Filters and software read you first
  • You lead with your CV
  • "Please pick me"
  • Some posts are open to US residents only
  • A "no" leaves you with nothing
The side door

A direct message to the person who hires

  • You're one message in their inbox
  • The person who decides reads your words
  • You lead with their problem
  • "Here's how I can help you"
  • You can reach them before a post goes up
  • Even a "no" leaves you with a new connection

Recruiters use the side door every day. They skip the line. They find the person who hires (at a small US company, often the owner, not HR), and they send a short, specific message about that company's problem. Not a CV. Not a life story. A reason to reply.

We call our method Reverse Outreach. A recruiter's job is to find the right person for a business. You do the same thing, turned around: you find the business that needs you.

01

How you present yourself comes first

How you're presented matters more than perfect English or a long CV. Our recruiting team has placed 320+ people with US companies, many with B1–B2 English.*

02

Many remote roles are filled before they're posted

Many are filled through direct outreach and referrals before they ever reach a job board. The front door is crowded. The side door is much less crowded.

03

Good scripts get replies

One good 4-line message to the right person can do more than 200 random applications. You don't need to be a great writer. You need tested words in a clear order.

The toolkit gives you all three: who to contact, what to write, and what to say in the interview if they reply "Let's talk."

*Placements made by our recruiting team, Recrutu. This is Recrutu's number, not a result of the toolkit. Buying the toolkit doesn't include placement. Individual results vary and are not typical.

"I didn't learn this in a classroom. I learned it at a kitchen table, with $0 in the bank."

Nurik (My results aren't typical.)

Chapter two · The founder

I was that person at the kitchen table. In Atlanta. On food stamps.

Nurik, founder of Digital Nomad Academy, smiling and waving
Nursultan (Nurik)Founder · Digital Nomad Academy

I'm Nursultan. Most people call me Nurik. I'm from Kazakhstan.

Before you use my scripts, I think you should know where they came from. Here's the part of my story I usually skip.

2020 · Atlanta, Georgia
$0

I was 24. COVID shut the world down. Our bank account was empty, my credit cards were at their limit, and my wife and I were on food stamps.

The "opportunities"
−$2,500

Dropshipping −$800 · Amazon FBA −$1,200 · Crypto −$500

I tried everything the internet promised. Every "easy money" idea took money I didn't have.

The wall
$4,700 owed

One night I sat with a statement in my hand and thought,

"Maybe I'm just not meant to be successful."
The question
"What if I just… recruited myself?"

Then I learned how recruiters really fill jobs. They search for people, message them directly, present them well and use scripts. Nobody waits for applications. They go and find people. So I did the same thing, for me.

A company in Virginia
$15/hour

A company in Virginia offered me $15 an hour, about $2,400 a month, working from home. More than I'd ever earned. My first paycheck was $1,200, by direct deposit. I called my wife. We both cried.

Months 2 → 6
Debt: $0

Month 2, I paid off the first credit card. Month 3, my wife started working too. Month 6, all the debt was gone, and we were off food stamps.

Today
320+ people

I run a recruiting team, Recrutu. We've placed 320+ people with US companies, from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, India, the Philippines and other countries. I earn $10,000+ a month.

My results aren't typical. I'm sharing my numbers to show where this started, not to promise what you'll earn. Your results depend on your skills, effort and market.

That one question, "What if I just… recruited myself?", is what this toolkit is built on.

My team's method is all written down here. How to present yourself. Who to message. What to say first, what to say next, and what to say in the interview. Now you can use it for yourself, to go after your own remote job with a US company. No recruiter needed. Just you, a laptop and the right words.

You don't need to hit $0 first. You just need the map.

"The cold DM playbook was the best part for me. The templates are really well written - I started getting replies within a couple of days, and within 15 days I landed a $500 part-time job."

"I also liked how you guided me personally - asking me to record the meeting and then giving feedback on how to improve my communication. That helped a lot. The interview part gave me more confidence, and even the small LinkedIn changes made an impact. Overall, it's simple, actionable, and it actually works if you follow it properly. Inside the toolkit

Four parts. One side door.

Let's open each part and look inside.

US Client Playbook: Reverse Outreach, illustrative cover

Digital toolkit. Covers and pages are illustrative.

Part 1 of 4The strategy

How to make the person who hires want to talk to you.

This is the "why" and the "how" behind every message you'll send. It has 32 sections on how our recruiters connect people with US companies, rewritten so you can do it for yourself. It ends with a 90-day plan, so you always know what today is for.

Inside:

  • The "Positioning Flip": a one-sentence formula that turns "please hire me" into a pitch from a professional.
  • The "Free Preview Close": describe your first 14 days, so saying yes feels safe for the owner.
  • Why the best person to message is often the owner, not HR, and how to find them with a free LinkedIn search.
  • Side-door places to find US companies that work remotely, including a startup website you may never have heard of.
  • The 5-point filter for spotting US companies that already work with people overseas, plus the free website that shows you who just raised money.
  • The LinkedIn headline formula that replaces "Looking for Remote Work" with the result you deliver, and a 4-part About section template: problem, your fix, proof, next step.
  • The 300-character connection note, built in 3 parts, with 3 ready templates: The Value Drop, The Compliment Play and The Direct Hit.
  • What to say after they accept: the 5-touch sequence with the timing for each touch, and the "give 3 times before you ask once" rule.
  • The 30–60 second video intro almost nobody sends. A 4-part script you can record on your phone, even if you hate the camera, even with an accent.
  • How to talk about pay in dollars: the one question to ask before you say a number, and why a monthly rate can sound better than an hourly one for the same money.

6 copy-paste scripts. Fill in the blanks. Press send.

Most people know they "should reach out." Then they freeze at the empty message box. These are the messages our team uses, in fill-in-the-blank form, with the timing for each one. You don't need to be a great writer. You need to fill in two or three blanks honestly.

Inside, you'll discover:

  • The 4-line, 47-word LinkedIn message that opens with their problem, not your CV, and ends with one small, easy ask.
  • The 5 rules every message follows, including the 80-word limit and the one ask every message ends with.
  • The cold email for when you have their address, with a plain subject line that reads like a note from a person, not a pitch.
  • Where to find the email address of the person who hires, using two tools named in the playbook.
  • The 48-hour follow-up that never says "just checking in." It gives them a free outline of what you'd do in your first 14 days.
  • The 5-day "soft close," under 30 words, that leaves the door open for a reply weeks later.
  • The X (Twitter) message for founders who ignore LinkedIn, and the 3–5 day warm-up to do before you send it.
  • The referral script for after you start, and the right moment to use it (not in week one).
  • Follow up twice. Then stop. The rule that protects your time and your dignity.

Part 3 of 4The interview

What to say when a US company says "Let's talk."

A reply is exciting. The interview is where the decision happens, whether they call it an interview or a first call, and in your second language it can feel scary. This is how our team prepares people before they speak with a US company, turned into answers you can practice tonight. So if an interview comes, you're calm, clear and ready.

Inside, you'll discover:

  • The 30-Second Rule: a 4-step answer shape (result, context, method, outcome) that makes a short answer stronger than a 3-minute story.
  • The 12 questions US companies ask most in an interview or first call, each with a ready answer you can adapt, starting with "Tell me about yourself."
  • "Tell me about yourself." What most people say, and what to say instead so you sound like a specialist, not one more applicant.
  • "Why should we work with someone overseas?" How to answer without making "I'm cheaper" your only reason.
  • What to say when they ask about a tool you've never used, honestly, without losing the room.
  • The pay question: the one sentence to say before you ever give a number.
  • The "60-Day Escalator": how to accept a fair starting rate with a review date built in, so there's a clear path to the rate you want.
  • Asked for a trial? How to say yes to a paid trial, and why you should never work an unpaid one.
  • The 3 questions to ask at the end that make you sound like part of the team already.
  • 5 red flags that quietly kill offers, and the 2-hour thank-you message to send instead of "Did I get it?"

Part 4 of 4The plan

No guessing. Just open today's page and do it.

Most people read something inspiring and then do nothing. Here, every day has a goal, a short checklist, a time estimate and a clear finish line. You don't have to decide what to do next. You just do today.

Picture next Sunday evening. Your LinkedIn looks like a professional's, not one more applicant's. You have a list of 20 US companies that fit. You know the name of the decision-maker at each one. And 20 personal messages are out in the world with your name on them. That's what one focused week can look like.

Your week:

  • Day 1 · Foundation. Read the Blueprint, write down the 3 skills a US company would pay for (not "marketing," the exact kind), choose your role title and work out your target rate with the Blueprint's formula.
  • Day 2 · Profile. Rewrite your LinkedIn headline and About section with the templates, so your profile reads like a solution, not a CV.
  • Day 3 · Target list. Find 20 companies with the 5-point filter, the decision-maker at each one, and one real problem you could help with.
  • Day 4 · Scripts. Personalize your first 10 messages and pre-write both follow-ups, so they go out on time.
  • Day 5 · Launch. Send your first 10 messages one at a time, 15–30 minutes apart, and learn why you should never bulk-send.
  • Day 6 · Second batch. Send 10 more, and comment on 5 posts from the people you're targeting, so your name feels familiar.
  • Day 7 · Review. Send follow-ups, read your tracker and plan your next 20.
  • Plus: a simple tracker (date, channel, name, company, message version), so you can see what's working.
  • Plus: a time estimate for every day, so you can plan the week around your real life, and recruiter tips on the days that matter most, like why 20 well-chosen targets beat 200 random ones.

Honest note: this is real work. The plan estimates 1 to 4 hours a day in week one. That's the price of the side door. It's a lot smaller than the price of another year at the front door. The 7-Day Launch Plan gets your profile ready and your first 20 messages sent in one week. It doesn't promise a reply, an interview or a job in 7 days. A job search takes steady work over weeks, sometimes months.

Here's how most people quit. They send their first 10 messages, hear nothing, and decide "it doesn't work for me."

This bonus catches that before it costs you weeks. It's a private 30-minute call with one of our professionals, people who work with the US market every day. We review your profile, the role you're aiming for and your first outreach, and tell you exactly what to fix before you send.

We'd rather you close this page than buy something that isn't right for you. We teach you how to go after a remote job with a US company. We can't promise you'll get one.

This IS for you if…

  • You live outside the US and speak English at about B1‑B2 or higher.
  • You have a skill, or you're ready to learn one, and you want a remote job with a US company, paid in dollars.
  • You're tired of the front door: job boards, "Easy Apply", silence.
  • You're new to working with US companies and ready to learn, or experienced and simply invisible.
  • You can give the first week 1–4 hours a day, then about 30–45 minutes a day after that.
  • You'll send a message to a stranger even if your hands shake a little.
  • You want a clear plan and real people to ask, not another 40-hour course.

This is NOT for you if…

  • You want someone to find you a job. This is a do‑it‑yourself toolkit, not a recruiting or placement service.
  • You want a guaranteed job, interview or income. Nobody honest can promise that, and we don't.
  • You need a job by next week. A job search takes steady work over weeks, sometimes months.
  • You won't press send, or you don't want feedback. The scripts only work when you use them.
  • You want to move to the US. This toolkit is about remote work from where you live.
  • Your English is at a beginner level, and you're not working on it yet.
  • You'll buy it and never open it. (Keep your $7.)

If the first list sounds like you, keep reading. The price is next.

Try it for 30 days. If it's not for you, you get your $7 back.

Here's my promise.

Get the toolkit. Read the Blueprint. Use the scripts. Join a live call. Book your 1:1.

If you decide it's not for you, for any reason, email info@bridges-agency.com within 30 days and we'll refund your full $7. You don't have to prove anything or send us a screenshot. One email is enough.

We can do this because the toolkit is honest about what it is. If it doesn't help you, you shouldn't pay for it. We'd rather lose $7 than keep money from someone who isn't happy.

Nurik

"Why is this only $7?" Fair question. Here's the honest answer.

Because we want to meet you before we ask for anything bigger.

Our team has spent years doing this work for people. We know many people reading this have been burned before. Dropshipping, crypto, courses that promised everything, "job offers" that asked for money first. You have every reason not to trust one more page on the internet. Never pay anyone who promises you a job. We don't sell jobs. We sell a $7 toolkit that shows you how to go after one yourself, and you can get your $7 back within 30 days.

That's why we made the first step small. At $7, you don't need to trust us much. Just enough to try. We want you to judge us by the work, not by this page.

And we didn't make it free, on purpose. Free things get saved and forgotten. A small payment is a small promise to yourself that you'll open it.

Some people use the toolkit and later ask for more help. We run paid coaching programs for that, VIP and Elite. If that's ever you, you'll already know us. If it isn't, that's completely fine. The toolkit is complete on its own, and the guarantee still stands.

After checkout you may see an optional upgrade. You never need it to use the toolkit.

That's the whole reason. No trick.

The week will pass either way.

Waiting feels safe. It costs nothing today.

But look at what it keeps the same.
Another month of waiting to be noticed.
Another month of applications into silence.
Another season of scrolling past the life you want, and telling yourself "next year."
Another "Any news?" from home that you don't want to answer.

Every silent week makes the next message harder to send.

The 7-Day Launch Plan takes one week. That week will pass whether you start it or not.

Seven days from now, you can have 20 real messages out in the world. Or the same tabs open, and the same dream on hold.

Only one of those starts tonight.

FAQ

Questions, answered simply.

I've never worked for a US company. Is this for me?

Yes. The toolkit assumes you're starting from zero with US companies. The Blueprint ranks 12 common remote roles by difficulty, starting with entry-level ones, and shows how to present what you've already done (even personal projects or volunteer work) in a way US companies understand. You'll still need to learn and practice. As Aigerim, a VIP member, says: "it takes time."

My English isn't perfect. Will this work?

You don't need perfect English. You need clear English. The scripts are short and fill-in-the-blank; the main LinkedIn message is only 47 words. Our recruiting team has placed 320+ people with US companies, many with B1–B2 English (placements made by our recruiting team, Recrutu; not a result of the toolkit, and buying doesn't include placement). You do need to read and write simple English, and to hold a short interview or call. The Discovery Call Scripts help you prepare for that.

Does it work from my country? How do I get paid?

It was built for people outside the US. Our recruiting team has placed people from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, India, the Philippines and other countries (placements made by our recruiting team, Recrutu; not a result of the toolkit, and buying doesn't include placement). If you have internet, LinkedIn and a way to receive international payments, you can use it. Know your payment method before the interview, for example Wise, Payoneer, PayPal or a bank transfer, and check which ones work in your country.

How much time do I need?

For the first week, the 7-Day Launch Plan gives a time estimate for each day, from 1 to 4 hours. After that, the daily routine in the Blueprint takes about 30–45 minutes. You can read everything in one evening. Nobody honest can tell you how long a job search takes. It's steady work over weeks, sometimes months.

Is this a job offer? Will you find me a job?

No. The toolkit is education. It isn't a job offer, a recruiting or staffing agency, or a placement service, and buying it doesn't connect you with any employer. We don't find jobs for you. You do the outreach. We don't guarantee a job, an interview or income. We give you the method, the scripts, a community and a 1:1 review.

How do I get access?

Access is instant after payment. You can read everything on a phone, tablet or laptop. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then email info@bridges-agency.com.

What is the Telegram community, and how do I join?

It's our private group on Telegram, with weekly live calls, Q&A and guidance from our team coach. You get the invite link after purchase. Telegram is free on any phone or computer. If you don't have it yet, it takes a couple of minutes to install. It's for questions, feedback and live calls. It isn't a job board.

How and when do I book my 1:1 consultation?

After you buy, you'll get instructions to book your 30-minute call with one of our professionals. Our tip: finish Days 1 and 2 of the 7-Day Launch Plan first, so there's a real profile and a real first message to review.

What if it's not for me?

Email info@bridges-agency.com within 30 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. You don't have to explain.

Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?

No. $7 is a one-time payment. After checkout you may see an optional upgrade. You never need it to use the toolkit, and nothing is added unless you choose it. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

I'm a complete beginner. Where do I start?

Open the 7-Day Launch Plan and start Day 1. It tells you what to read first, what to write down and what to do next. Every day has one clear goal and a time estimate. If you get stuck, ask in the community or bring it to your 1:1 call.

Will I work as an employee or a contractor?

It depends on the company, so ask each one how they'll work with you. The toolkit's scripts for agreeing the work assume contract-style work: tasks, hours and a rate in dollars agreed in writing, and payment through a service like Wise, Payoneer or PayPal. Check the tax rules where you live. This isn't legal or tax advice.

Do I need LinkedIn Premium or any paid tools?

No. The Blueprint shows you how to run the whole method on a free LinkedIn account, including the free-account limits and how to work within them.

What kind of remote jobs does this help with? And why "client"?

Remote work with US companies, from support and admin work to social media, bookkeeping, marketing, writing, sales, project management and development. The Blueprint ranks these roles by difficulty, so you can choose a starting point that fits your skills today. Why is it called the US Client Toolkit? Recruiters call the company that hires "the client." So does this toolkit: when you read "client" or "owner" inside, think of the US company you want to work for, and the person who hires there. The toolkit's scripts for agreeing the work assume contract-style work, which is one way US companies work with people abroad. The steps are the same for a remote job or a contract.

How is this different from job boards, Upwork or other courses?

On job boards and platforms you're one application in a crowd. This toolkit shows you how to reach the person who hires directly, where you're one thoughtful message in their inbox. And it isn't a 40-hour course. It's a focused toolkit you can read in an evening and start using the next day.

Who is behind this? Does buying connect me with your recruiting team?

Digital Nomad Academy, led by Nursultan "Nurik," whose recruiting team, Recrutu, has placed 320+ people with US companies (placements made by our recruiting team, Recrutu; not a result of the toolkit, and buying doesn't include placement). And no, buying the toolkit doesn't introduce you to any employer, including companies Recrutu works with. In the videos and messages on this page, members sometimes call us DNA, Smartworker or Recruito. It's the same team. Questions? Email info@bridges-agency.com.

The side door. You spend $7. Tonight you read the Blueprint. Tomorrow you start Day 1. By Day 5, your first 10 personal messages are going out to the people who hire at US companies you picked on purpose. And one of our professionals can look at your profile and first message before you send.

P.S. If you skipped to the bottom (I do this too), here's the short version. For $7, one time, you get the Reverse Outreach Blueprint, the Cold DM Playbook with 6 copy-paste scripts, the Discovery Call Scripts, the 7-Day Launch Plan, our private Telegram community with weekly live calls, and a free 30-minute 1:1 review of your profile, target role and first outreach. Total value $475. If it's not for you, email us within 30 days for a full refund.

P.P.S. In 2020 I was 24, in Atlanta, on food stamps, staring at a $4,700 statement. One question changed my direction: what if I just… recruited myself? This toolkit turns that question into steps you can follow to go after a remote job with a US company yourself. It won't send the messages for you. But it shows you who to send them to, and what to say.

(My results aren't typical. Individual results vary and depend on your skills, effort and market.)
