This Privacy Policy explains how Recrutu Virtual Assistants LLC, operating as Digital Nomad Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit smartworkers.kz or buy our products. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

Contact details — your name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number;
Order details — what you purchased and your purchase history;
Payment information — processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number on our servers;
Anything you submit — messages you send us, community posts, or survey responses.

Information collected automatically

Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source;
Cookies & pixels — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Google tag (Google Ads), which help us measure and optimize our advertising. See Section 4.

2.How We Use Your Information

To deliver the products you purchase and provide access to materials and the community;
To process payments and prevent fraud;
To send you email and SMS communications about your order, product updates, and offers — only where you have consented (see Section 3);
To measure and improve our website, products, and advertising;
To respond to your requests and provide support;
To comply with legal obligations.

3.Marketing Emails & SMS

If you opt in, we send marketing emails and/or SMS text messages through our customer-relationship platform, GoHighLevel. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can opt out at any time:

Email: click “unsubscribe” in any email, or email info@bridges-agency.com;
SMS: reply STOP to any text message.

We will still send essential transactional messages (such as receipts and access details) even if you opt out of marketing.

4.Cookies, Pixels & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the Site, to measure ad performance, and to show relevant ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. These tools may set cookies that allow Meta to recognize your device across sites. We also use the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure which Google ads lead to visits and purchases. It may set cookies that allow Google to recognize your device, and when you check out, your email address, phone number, or first name may be sent to Google in hashed form so your purchase can be matched to the ad that led to it. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings and in Google’s My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com). We do not sell your personal information for money.

5.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Payment processors — to process your purchase (Stripe, and PayPal if you choose to pay with PayPal);
GoHighLevel — our CRM, email, and SMS platform;
Meta Platforms — for advertising measurement and optimization via the Meta Pixel;
Google — for advertising measurement via the Google tag (Google Ads);
Community/messaging tools — such as Telegram, if you choose to join our community;
Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights and safety.

6.Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our products, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7.Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you;
Request correction or deletion of your information;
Opt out of marketing communications;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Request a copy of your information in a portable format.

Our products are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
